Q: Customer support expectations?
Hi -
I sent a message via the website (friday), and another via the support email (yesterday) on the website requesting information to support my purchase decision. Neither has been answered.
Additionally, I don't see any online chat access on your site for rapid question resolution.
The absence of answers to the two emails has already cost me some money as they didn't arrive to allow me to make my purchase at the lowest price.
However, if I were to go forward with Nowa, I am now skeptical about response time to get questions addressed while trying to get some project out the door.
What are expectations for turn around time via your support access points?

Thanks for sharing here! we replay to all emails within 24 hours and a few times it can take up to 48 hours maximum when we have inquiries.
If you need any help, besides our email, you can use our online community (https://community.nowa.dev) and discord community (https://discord.gg/ByKfn3H7gX). We chat with our users there for quick support :)
But if you sent an email yesterday, you should either get a replay already or will get one today :) no need to send it again to the community.
