Q: Hello there!

I've been exploring the features of Nowa and I'm quite impressed by the emphasis your team places on customer support to ensure users achieve great results. As someone interested in purchasing the Tier 2 deal, I'd like to inquire about the languages in which your support services are offered. Is support available solely in English or is it also provided in other languages such as German? Considering your location in Germany, I was curious if support in German is an option. Looking forward to your response as I finalize my decision to make the purchase. Thanks!

You can actually build the app inside Nowa with any language you want! When you write the text, you can simply write it in any language (Not just German or Latin languages, you can also build an app in languages like Arabic).

Hi Anas,

Thank you for your prompt response! It's great to hear that Nowa is flexible and allows for app development in various languages.

An additional question I have pertains to customer support. Is the support team capable of responding in German? I prefer to communicate in my native language whenever possible.

Furthermore, I'm curious if Nowa is a product of a German company.
