Nudge doesn't treat every unanswered email as a missed opportunity. It looks at the conversation context, timing, and whether a response still appears to be expected. It filters out completed conversations, closing notes, FYIs, newsletters, obvious no-reply messages, and other threads where another follow-up wouldn't make sense.

No. NudgeForMe is designed for conversations you've already started. It helps recover proposals, client conversations, approvals, hiring threads, partnerships, support conversations, and other real email threads that went quiet. It's not designed for cold email campaigns or mass outreach.

Draft mode is the default, so you can review, edit, send, or dismiss follow-ups yourself. Starting with Plan 3, you can optionally enable automatic follow-ups. Before sending again, Nudge checks the mailbox for replies, bounces, out-of-office messages, and other signals that should stop or delay the follow-up.

Nudge continuously monitors the conversation and automatically stops future follow-ups when a reply is detected. It can also stop or adjust follow-ups when it detects a bounce, out-of-office response, or a request to reconnect later.

Plan 1 supports Gmail and Outlook. Plan 2 and above support additional providers including Yahoo, iCloud, GoDaddy-hosted email, and other IMAP mailboxes. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts are also supported through their respective Gmail and Outlook integrations.

Nudge creates drafts directly inside your connected mailbox and, where supported, keeps them on the existing conversation thread. You can review and send from the email environment you already use instead of copying messages between tools.

Plan 5 is designed for users managing many mailboxes, clients, businesses, or team members.

Standard Nudge drafts already use the existing conversation context to write a relevant follow-up. Research & Draft goes further by adding fresh external context before the draft is written. Depending on the workflow, Nudge can use supported sources such as Apollo, Cleanlist, and Tavily-powered web research. Those external research and enrichment calls create additional third-party usage and processing costs, so we include them in the higher tiers rather than increasing the cost for every customer. You don't need Research & Draft to use Nudge effectively—it's an advanced option for conversations where fresh company, contact, or web context can make the follow-up stronger.

Research & Draft combines the existing email thread with fresh external context. For example, it can use company or contact information from supported enrichment providers such as Apollo or Cleanlist and current web information through Tavily. Nudge then uses both the original conversation and the new context when preparing the draft.

Yes. Custom writing instructions are available from Plan 2 onward, letting you guide tone, style, wording, and how Nudge should approach your follow-ups. Nudge also uses the original conversation as context, so the message is written as a continuation of the relationship rather than as generic outreach.

Yes. Nudge supports multilingual conversations and can draft the follow-up in the language of the existing thread.

Yes. Higher tiers include additional workspaces, connected mailboxes, and team members. Workspaces let agencies, consultants, and multi-business operators keep different clients or businesses separated while managing everything from one Nudge account. Plan 5 includes unlimited workspaces and team members.

That depends on your plan. Plan 1 searches up to 3 months back, Plan 2 up to 6 months, Plan 3 up to 1 year, Plan 4 up to 2 years, and Plan 5 up to 4 years. This is especially useful if you have older proposals, client conversations, partnerships, or other unfinished threads buried in your sent folder.

You're always in control. You can review opportunities, dismiss conversations that aren't relevant, restore them later, and use contact or domain allow/block lists to give Nudge additional guidance about who should or shouldn't be followed up with.

No. Customer email content is not used to train AI models. Nudge processes the conversation information needed to evaluate follow-up opportunities and create drafts rather than keeping a permanent copy of your entire mailbox.

Yes. NudgeForMe follows GDPR privacy practices and is built and operated by the Snoooz team using the same infrastructure, OAuth clients, access controls, and security management processes used by Snoooz. Snoooz maintains a SOC 2 Type II report and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. NudgeForMe is planned for formal inclusion in Snoooz's next annual audit scope. Customer emails are not sold or used to train AI models.
