We full stacked and have been using this software for for over a year now (14 months), and have used it extensively during that time.

Here is just one of many examples that we found just a few days ago (1st June 2024).

We pulled 2,000 contacts in one go. Nymbler showed 1,600 as bad or catchalls. So we are left with "400" good ones.

After running the "good list" through an email verifier we got 279 that passed the test

So 279 good leads from 2,000 is a total fail.

We don't know how often they are refreshing their database, but we have not seen any improvement in the year we have been using it. In fact we have only seen deprecation of the quality of leads.

We logged in a few days ago and found we had been credited an extra 10K credits on top of our monthly allowance. They must be getting a lot of complaints on the quality that they would send us, without asking, that many extra credits.

If this deal comes around again, make sure you check the quality of the leads within the 60day return notice. If they refresh the database, then it may be worth buying, but right now, it leaves a lot to be desired.

My experience with Nymblr has been far from satisfactory.
Nymblr's support is unresponsive, and the system times out within seconds, rendering it impossible to get results. I want to emphasize that we have conducted over 100 searches on the Nymblr platform, and not a single person has shown up in the system. Furthermore, there are no tutorial videos available to guide users through the platform's features.

In addition, there is a lack of support; the contact information provided by Nymblr seems to be outdated and incorrect. Even when I added my own name, I did not appear in the system, and when I added my husband's name, it displayed information from a job he held 15 years ago.

I regret to say that the Nymblr platform has been nothing but a disappointment. It falls short of delivering any usable data, making it impossible for me to continue using it for my business needs.

I have enjoyed using Nymblr! The API functionality has been extremely helpful. The only reason for docking 1 taco is because when looking up myself it seemed the information had not been updated for 2 years.

I like the tool so far, the leads are good, in some cases you need to verify the leads although the claim is that every leads gets verified before delivery. You have to use the Prospect Finder for verified leads.
BUT, I am trying for two weeks to get an answer from support re. my credits. Still waiting. Hence only 3 tacos.

It can give you some interesting contacts. But somehow the UX is terrible. It's really slow and you can't exclude already unlocked contacts, so you are forced to click through 10 pages where each page loads in about 1-2 min and you are just waiting 20 minutes to continue where you left off.
