No help with knowledge on how to use the product

It was okayish when it worked, but after collecting and waiting the customary AppSumo year, they were GONE!
What a waste!

This tool completely stopped working. Not cool. Would give it a 0 if I could.

Few months and tool is already dead. Wasted money. :/

We full stacked and have been using this software for for over a year now (14 months), and have used it extensively during that time.

Here is just one of many examples that we found just a few days ago (1st June 2024).

We pulled 2,000 contacts in one go. Nymbler showed 1,600 as bad or catchalls. So we are left with "400" good ones.

After running the "good list" through an email verifier we got 279 that passed the test

So 279 good leads from 2,000 is a total fail.

We don't know how often they are refreshing their database, but we have not seen any improvement in the year we have been using it. In fact we have only seen deprecation of the quality of leads.

We logged in a few days ago and found we had been credited an extra 10K credits on top of our monthly allowance. They must be getting a lot of complaints on the quality that they would send us, without asking, that many extra credits.

If this deal comes around again, make sure you check the quality of the leads within the 60day return notice. If they refresh the database, then it may be worth buying, but right now, it leaves a lot to be desired.
