If I buy tier 4, I get unlimited website optimization, regarding the 4000 pages, is it in total of all the website for lifetime?

I have 150,000 pages going back 20 years, and I create 30 new pages daily. Can I select which pages to be optimized? For example, select only those pages created after today? 4,000 is a drop in the bucket. If credits are wasted on old pages, this will not help me.
Lee_NytroSEOPLUSYes, you can select which pages to optimize; it’s fully configurable. We currently support various filters such as blogs, tags, and status. The creation date filter is a planned feature, but the system will optimize the newest pages by default.

Tier 5 covers 20,000 pages on a lifetime deal, and you can stack two Tier 5 plans for up to 50,000 pages.
