It promised the world and delivered very little. Lots of fucntionality still not working and integrations not working.

There is no help/support. I created many tickets but none have been answered. I even joined the FB group to ask questions but no answer.

It seems that this project has been abandoned.

Avoid.

The initial 2023 design looked nicer with promises of growth.
I have been waiting for the chance to get a roi,
but now when I try to create posts, it just keeps timing!

I have bought ocoya on blackfriday 2022 because I see so much potential in it. I saw that many things are on the roadmap and many integrations as well (new integrations like youtube, tiktok are coming soon and just few months away) They just introduced pinterest a month ago before launching the campaign again on appsumo so that new users think it is developing and they are actively working. I have waited patiently for a really really long time and hoped that they are gonna provide everything eventually. But now I think it's time to give-up.
Many things are in progress from 2021 and 2022 and still haven't completed. Basic integrations like youtube, and tiktok are not there. These are widely used not some thing that can be ignored.
I saw many other tools started way after ocoya and providing much more than ocoya. Almost all major integrations including youtube and tiktok. Also the unified inbox which can also manage comments on posts. How much I have spend on ocoya, Now tools with all these integrations and more. also with the post and account analytics, are offering at less price with unlimited accounts, no limit. Not to mention that branded reports and advanced analytics is pending for a long long time. I don't think they want to deliver anything at all. Just stalling people nothing more.
I think I should accept that it was a fail and move to other tool. There is no point waiting for the basics which every other tool is providing.

I never wanted to write a bad review for ocoya that why I waited for a really long time and hoped eventually it'll be all good.

I invested in a very large package when Appsumo launched. It was already announced at the time that TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and GMB integrations would be coming (my purchase decision).

It is now 2025 and the products have still not been integrated. Furthermore, there are many links that are advertised on the website only with Zapier (additional costs).

I do not recommend Ocoya. Due to a lack of business congruence.

Because you changed the product completely, removed one feature that I used, and did not add the features that you promised, please make a full refund.
