I tried to give it a chance, but it just didn't work. Meeting notetaker worked once, but I was never able to get it to join any Google meetings after that. I can't link any files to the knowledge center. None of the automation flows, runs, or connections work (they don't even load). I can't even ask the AI bots any questions (not one single question). Literally, nothing in Odin AI works. I want to get a refund, but everything stopped working after Appsumo's refund period.

I'm beyond frustrated with this solution simply based on the general experience. I purchased a tier 2 subscription with the goal to expand the use of it to my organization as I grew.

The user interface is okay. Not good, not bad. There are a lot of assumptions that a user is technically advanced based on how their entire UX is set up.

It also appears that being an AppSumo-based subscription makes it impossible to function as if you were someone who purchased the subscription another way. Case in point... I can't locate anywhere within the settings where I can change my password. The only way I can currently log into the app is to click the "Forgot password" link. That creates a link that's supposed to allow me to reset my password, but all it really does is log me into the system - no password. I mean... WHAT?!

Cool... so ... I have a user to burn. I invite the actual email address that I want to use for it. I invite myself to the team. The other email gets a link. When I click the link to join, it takes me to the login/create account page. No further instructions. No prompts. I create an account thinking that somewhere in the URL is a license key or code embedded in it... NOPE. It creates a completely standalone account separate from my other team.

Okay... okay... this clearly needs to get escalated to support. I click on the support link to try and get some help. I'm directed to Discord (no problem with this method), create my account there, and go to the only channel in the 'Support' group. You can't post in the only support channel. There's a message that says to click on an icon within the Discord browser... an icon that doesn't exist ANYWHERE in the channel.

At this point... I came here to write a review. I've purchased way too many deals off of AppSumo over the years, and this is the ONLY deal that I regret. Others have failed to work out as useful, but this one... holy sh**... this is the only product I've purchased that I cuoldn't even get to a point of finding out if it's a decent product.

Odin offers some really unique features and UI that other don't. They have added all the latest LLMs pretty quickly. Support is available on Discord from the developers. It can crawl whole websites, documents and query the data. I like the advanced features such as knowledge base, customisable options for responses, rules etc. I have not used the meeting note feature.

I bought tier 1 initially but then decided to upgrade to tier 2 before the sale ended. I hope they keep developing Odin AI.

ODIN has streamlined my meetings and projects. I struggled to keep accurate notes during conferences and critical points. ODIN has helped with meetings, tasks, and processes following the meeting. Great investment!

Having started businesses before, I knew getting into the latest one I'd have limited resources and hoped to solve that with the use of AI. With GPT, Gemini, and others its been helpful, but so many other issues come with it. Odin AI solved so many of those issues. While I have not yet tapped into its full capabilities, the use of its knowledge base alone has made the investment worth it. Its crawling capabilities a also truly exciting. A definite 5-Taco purchase!
