All of us who purchased the 'unlimited lifetime deal' have been deceived by you imposing limits on usage. Is integrity not one of your company's core values?
I agree. We should get refunds. I complained to Appsumo too. We paid for unlimited characters. I literally used this once months ago went back and couldn't even complete a task because I ran out of characters. I'm having an issue with another product as well and I'm not sure if they are working with me or stringing me along until I go away. Not feeling good about future purchases.
I could agree on this. And AppSumo, maybe could do something about this. Happy to get a refund if they deliver what we purchased. And the changes is too much and fully, could be called a Scam. Just saw their message in the dashboard today. I really like the "We Got Your Back" by AppSumo. And this should be something appsumo could do too. It's just too bad seeing things like this.
