I found OkaySend to be quite easy to set up and flawlessly functional. The question types are sufficient without being complex. The visual drafting board was clean and easy to follow. I discovered the drag-n-drop feature (on the left outline) after looking around for a few minutes. I like being able to send a dedicated link without asking people to sign up for a portal.
Within about 20 minutes of exploring the platform I sent out my first request related to a real estate closing. I'm looking forward to incorporate this into my workflow.
