Q: Tier 2 subscription still shows "Free plan" — support unresponsive since Aug 18

I have a Tier 2 subscription, but the dashboard still shows “Free plan.” I first contacted support on 18 August and haven’t received a reply.
When I try to activate my account, it says it’s already activated, but when I log in, it shows I’m on a free plan.
Any advice?
