While everything worked perfectly, nothing works anymore (with an Appsumo license).
When connecting via email and password, this message appears in red:
"An error occurred in the Server Components render. The specific message is omitted in production builds to avoid leaking sensitive details. A digest property is included on this error instance which may provide additional details about the nature of the error."

When connecting with Google, a blank page appears and this is written at the top right of the page:
"An error occurred during sign-in"

Same problem with other browsers.
Finally, Olly.social chrome extension also fails to connect.

I'll reconsider my opinion if all this works out, of course.

Olly used to work very well until the latest version.

The latest version is considered a threat by Bitdefender:

I am absolutely delighted with my experience using Olly! As a marketing professional, I find that managing my presence on social media can be overwhelming. However, since I started using this Chrome extension, I have experienced a tremendous time savings.

My team enjoyed using Olly until we found out there are credits you still have to buy and they dont reload each month. I have used appsumo for 1 year now and i havent had a sitution when i had to buy monthly credits since we wont have a certain amount of credits reloaded each month. I wish this was mentioned but overall my team mentioned its a good app.

I think Olly is on the right direction, but unless you really need to comment on hundreds of posts daily, I dont quite see the point.

Besides, for some platforms like linkedin it does a good job, but on Meta Business center, it misses the mark very very often, so I guess I will get back to manual commenting - or even no commenting at all! I don´t think comments on posts or even on ads have that much potential.

Nowadays looks like people dont see even what is right in front of them, what can I say about something that is buried underneath the primary piece of content.

I encountered minor hiccups during my setup on MS Edge, but I must commend Yash and his team for being very responsive and helpful. Olly works flawlessly on Chrome. 👍

I had patience, and we wrestled back and forth, but in the end, I managed to get OLLY to deliver at least part of my expectations.

It wasn’t easy. It took time, persistence, and, I’ll admit, a bit of stubbornness on my part.

The local AIs couldn’t handle the job, so I ended up buying credits directly from Olly. After setting everything up properly, it finally worked.

There are still a few bugs here and there, but nothing a good old page reset can’t fix.

Overall, I’m feeling optimistic. So much so that I upgraded to 5 licenses.

And that’s why I’m giving it 5 tacos—because, deep down, I prefer to believe I made the right choice.

I am a newb to this and learning as I go. I couldn't figure out how to customize the buttons. I sent an email asking about training or a how to and never got a response.

I've been using Olly for a couple months. It does exactly what it was advertised to do. It is quick, simple and efficient.

Sometimes, the comments come off a little awkward. It is obviously written by AI. However, they provide a great foundation to build a comment from. With a tweak here and there, you can add your own voice to it and greatly increase your social media reach.

One thing that I've noticed is that there is not a whole lot of difference between some of the comment options. For example, "Support" and "Ask" generate very similar responses. That being said, this makes the comment process a lot easier and is a great tool to work with.

I am using Olly with my local Assistant (AI) and I am really liking it!!! Its doing what its promising!

The only wish I have is to personalize it a little bit more... I mean there are some functions to set up customized buttons and functions, but to me it feels like its not getting enough information just from these settings... The generic comments are really good and I am using them quite often- the customized one are ok but not even close to as good as the generic ones... There might be some existing setting that I do not know about... but I would wish that the customized version is getting better...

The functionality of this software is the best. But, platforms like Reddit flagged them as AI comment. I dont know how to figured that out.

Utilizing daily for conversations, it is highly customizable and user-friendly.

I've had Olly Social for around 3 months now. In the beginning, I didn't feel it was ready and had a lot of bugs, features were lacking and it didn't have enough at the time.

Olly is essentially a Chrome Extension that can be used across social media platforms only. It sounds simple but it does it effectively and cheaply.

What is best is that with this deal, you can bring your own API key from various vendors.

Fast forward to now and the founder and team have really upgraded Olly to be more feature-rich, bugs are getting fixed all the time, and Olly works just as I imagined it would.

Olly uses an integrated panel within the comment section of social media platforms. From this panel, you can click one-time custom prompts or buttons which will allow the AI to reply in the way you want.

You can also add advanced branding like a knowledge base so the AI tailors your responses to your business.

Olly AI allows you to analyze images from Facebook and Instagram, the AI will then generate a response based on the text and image. Cool right.

Olly does have a couple of bugs and some features are upcoming which will make it awesome.

At this price, Olly is worth snatching now before more features come and the price goes up.

The team is responsive, listens to feedback, and always updates.

And what's Awesome is that mobile is on the way. One-click social media replies on mobile, in this day and age, it's much needed and I hope they have implemented this well.

The idea was good, but...

- The comments are always the same
- Not working on instagram

For me... useless.. unfortunately

After ironing out a few things at my end, it works great. I love how it saves me time with posts and comments on social media. I like that when I use it to do a post, it will include hashtags which is a time saver. It is quick to drop a written comment rather than always just giving a thumbs up. I have seen replies from the people I have engaged with and an increase number of follower.

I purchased Olly on the 23rd September 2024 and now 60 days later it still doesn't work. All I have managed to achieve, after spending hours of time trying, is nothing.

The issue is the chrome extension doesn't sync ro the PC dashboard. However to use the premium features and access all the functionality you have to enter information into the PC dashboard and then sync it

Ultimately every time I try to use Olly as soon as i try to sync, i5 just redirects me to the page telling me to buy a license.

I have a license, and it is saved and working in the chrome extension. But to use brand voice you have to add your brnad information to the PC dashboard then sync it to the extension.

Guess what....it just redirects me and tells me if I want the good stuff i have to buy a license. Round and round we go.

I have sent emails, screenshot, and Yash is super helpful but either hr doesn't get what I am saying or the product is just a buggy waste of time.

First response from support informed me that it must be my fault and I must have created 2 accounts using different email addresses. Ummmm...no.

Then i was told it was because my email address starts with a capital letter and shouldn't. Ummmm ok ..but no.

I tried explaining again that the issue is with my activation code not syncing. I gave the example of brand voice. The response from support told me I needed 5 credits for brand voice.

Now thay was the last straw. Because i actually have 8 credits (you get given 10 when you join) BUT more importantly I also bought the pro plan and am using my own Open AI API key .... so ummm, no. I dont need your 5 credits.

Now support tells me the issue is that the brand voice feature doesn't come with my license. Ummm, no, actually Omg yes it does .... it comes with all 3 tiers as stated.

60 days later and noone seems able to figure out how to sync my activation code. And i have no confidence they ever will.

Hey buy on the bright side, as an apology for the hassle they gave me 50 free credits. That's 50 credits that i don't need and, even worse can't use. It still doesn't sync. Sigh

And how much time has olly saved me. None. In fact it owes me about 2 days. If anyone wants 50 credits let me know. However i may need to post or pigeon them to you.

It's not really doing anything for me.

So, I just sent a request to the founder to ask for Danish as a language. But then I saw the function to use "use posts native language," and that solved it for me!

I just replied to 4 posts with ease, I had to adapt the comment, but hey - that's a given for me, when working with A.I. I represent myself online and have to be able to stand behind everything I say. And my customers have to feel my tone of voice 100% in what I do.

But the fact that I get an easy start and can write a comment in a heartbeat, adapt it in the next and move on, is an absolute game-changer.
