Q: Critical latency, instability, and app crashes observed during testing
Dear team,
I recently purchased your solution and am currently testing it. I have identified several critical issues that require clarification:
• SRT latency exceeds 30 seconds, which is inconsistent with SRT and server ultra-low-latency expectations, even on a stable fiber-optic connection.
• IFB is unstable, with frequent dropouts and delays. An IFB above 10 seconds is unusable for live production.
• The intercom lock button toggles on/off without user interaction.
• The UI, while functional, is impractical. A ~10 fps video preview is inadequate by modern standards.
• The app also crashes frequently, including on iPhone 17 devices, raising concerns about stability.
Please advise if these are known issues, if configuration changes are recommended, or if fixes are planned.
