1) Is a guest invitation just one time or lifetime? If someone uses a guest invitation I sent, what happens lifetime deal? Can we use it again or then have to buy something?

2) If we want to take a remote person online for reporting. Is it called a guest invitation?

3) What do 2 licenses mean?

4) Can we change the primary linked phone at any time?

4) Can we manage lower thirds , graphics from a remote laptop or computer?

A: 1. A guest invitation is a one-time, temporary license, not a lifetime one. When you invite a guest and they use that invitation, it is consumed. On Corporate licenses, you receive a free trial guest bank of 10 guest invitations. Once those are used, additional guest invitations can be purchased by contacting us.

2. If the person is a regular or permanent user, they should be assigned a full license instead of using guest invitations.

In short, guest invitations are best for non-permanent use, while licenses are for ongoing users.

3. Having 2 licenses means you can have two active devices at the same time.

In practical terms, this can mean 2 reporters, 2 ongoing users, or 2 cameras streaming either concurrently or at different times. Each license is assigned to one phone and allows that device to stream independently, for example from different locations.

4. Lower thirds and graphics are currently supported only within the Android app. They cannot be managed remotely from a laptop or desktop computer at this time.
