1. Which plans correspond to the different tiers in this campaign?
2. Which features from which plans are NOT available in this AppSumo campaign? Please clarify if this depends on the tiers.
3. Will future features be included in any of the plans on your site? Please explain if this depends on the tiers.
4. You have listed Twilio as one of the integrations—can you explain what it does?
5. You promise unlimited hours per month from tier 2 and what is a reasonable limit if there is a fair usage policy.
I personally would like to buy tier 3 with no immediate use but this would be a tool I would have uses for in the future. I would really appreciate your answers.

1. which plans correspond to the different tiers in this campaign?
tier 1 corresponds to our videographer license.
all higher tiers correspond to our corporate license.
the main differences between tiers are the supported features per plan and, primarily, the number of licenses / seats included under the same account. higher tiers include more licenses within the corporate plan.
2. which features from which plans are NOT available in this appsumo campaign?
there are no feature differences for appsumo users.
all features available in each plan are included exactly as defined in our pricing. availability depends only on the tier, not on appsumo vs regular customers.
3. will future features be included in any of the plans on your site?
yes. future features will be included based on the plan tier. core improvements apply to all plans, while advanced features may be limited to higher tiers.
4. you have listed twilio as one of the integrations—can you explain what it does?
we are not currently using twilio as an active integration, so this item may be listed in error or refer to planned/optional notification capabilities.
5. you promise unlimited hours per month from tier 2 — what is a reasonable limit under fair usage?
fair usage is defined as up to 120 streaming hours per month, which comfortably covers normal and professional use cases.
