Someone with a background in the subject of the Saas (as fas as I can see), yet less activity and lower review scores than I'd expect.
I appears to be what I need, but I am struggling to see beyond some factors. One key one is where is the contact information? I cannot believe you have a SaaS website with no contact info. That's insane. Are you not interested in MRR? On top of that, it is a generic website. Webflow doing what it does best - encouraging DIY building based on templates making everyone look the same and uninispriring.
I'm trying to understand which reviewers I should trust, because the rest of it gives me nothing to go on.
I know this is all a bit harsh, but the deal ends soon and I just don't know. Would have been nice to have had the chance to email you.

-What is an Outreach profile: It's like a user or seat, with Tier 1,2 you just get 1x email signature or sender name, so you can use multiple email addresses or domains but it's really for one business, not an agency.
-10,000 touchpoints per month? It's an email (or follow up) or SMS and it resets monthly. For unlimited get Tier 2+
-OmniLeads / Lead Sharing.. do I get leads? Leads are not included but if I understood right, if you upload some contacts to the database for other users you get credits back?
-Should we trust it with the Support Issues? Personally I'm not confident enough to go for a higher plan based on some of the reviews and the major backlog of questions, issues etc... but I've followed Alex on YouTube a while now and believe maybe there have just been some technical issues and Alex and the team are working super hard to catch up. It's a new SaaS so hoping on this!

Outreach profile - I'm not really understanding this, is connecting a linkedin profile or is it just a picture shown when sending? Seems that these plans are not for agency use but can I use this for multiple businesses owned by myself?
Unlimited lead sharing - is this sharing a lead to another user? I'm not sure about what this means?
Finally, I've seen a lot of comments about the software not performing reliably, with follow up emails being sent to leads that already replied etc. What plans do Omni have to improve and resolve the service issues?

I purchased this just to test the warmup.First impression was Omni don't have advance warmup capabilities like other warmup services where you can set the number of mails sent each day and the increase in interval each day as well. Still I setup the SMTP on a brand new SMTP server and end up in the domain blacklist on the 5th day. I would like an explanation before I post any review. I have also did warmups manually with different servers and never get blacklisted this fast. Could you please explain what is happening here. Plus the Spamhaus DBL takes even months to remove the domain blacklist.
And now the IP address is also blacklisted. There goes my warmup server. Spamhaus could take months to resolve the domain removal. I have been stuck with them for other two servers, but the were blacklisted after months of use and 1000's of mails later.
