Q: Can we create customized metrics/targets to track users?
ie instead of just adding their card, maybe like adding 2 cards and spending more than $10 via cohorts (and track which events lead to spending $10?). Thanks

May 14, 2024A: Hi there. Ah great question. So there are a few ways to achieve that. You might want to trigger some custom events, and possibly also log some custom properties against your trials (which can be done via the JS tracker). These events / properties could help you track how many cards they've added for example. You can then create custom cohorts based off these values - i.e. a cohort of customer that have added at-least two cards.

If we did not set the customized events can we set it post and then analyze the data?
ie if we didn't track $20 spend in addition to performing action A, can we track this with later?
Hi there. Im afraid not. You do need to track events ahead of time. They can't be added retrospectively.
