From the past I know how important it is to engage trial users, how important it is to know when they will probably buy, how important it is to identify hurdles, etc etc. At first we were walking in the dark, later we implemented Mixpanel. Still getting nightmares.

We had just reached the point of adding MixPanel to one of our SaaS apps, and spotted this awesome LTD.

Easy to setup, great UI, all the metrics you could possibly want without having to go through the pain of adding the code for every button/click/action for MixPanel (or similar) platforms. OnBoardFlow just gives you what you need out-of-the-box.

It's a no-brainer if you build SaaS software.

Talking about great value for money and more! The tool is awesome, it's well thought through! And still, the deal after buying keeps on giving. After buying I got offered free onboarding support ... just WOW!

Ok so I love this deal. I love what it offers. I am very excited to have those promises one day realized.

But I'm getting doubtful that it will happen. The integration with Stripe was seamless. But actually tracking onboarding is another issue.

We followed all the documentation to get things setup via Google Tag Manager and pushing data to the data layer. After a lot of troubleshooting we ended up finding out that it doesn't work because we use a single-page app. These are very common and it would have been nice if this had been mentioned in the documentation. Oh well.

We implemented it the other way. The documentation had an error. After more troubleshooting and time with their support we were given the correct syntax and functions to call.

And even now it's still not working. We're pretty frustrated and are finding it pretty unreliable. I really hope that we'll have the opportunity to get some value from it but are having a difficult time seeing that happen right now.

As an existing customer of Ben's other products Missinglettr, HelpShelf and HeySummit I was super excited to see this come to AppSumo.

We recently completed a summit project for a client using HeySummit and it is just really good software, simple to use and highly functional...we got such great feedback on that and seeing how Onboardflow works and how it is setup I know this will be just as good.

We don't have a SaaS ourselves, but have recommended this to a client we are working with at the moment for their website and digital marketing and this is exactly what they need to dig deeper and get the insights into their trials and customer onboarding.

This provides us with the extra data we need to help them be successful, to improve the customer journey and pin point the 'friction' users experience when navigating trials.

Quite simply...Less Friction = Retention = and Bigger Profits $$$

Onboardflow is a no brainer for your SaaS.
