The accessibility plugin our own customers kept asking us for

In early 2024, a support ticket landed in our Element Pack queue that had nothing to do with Element Pack. An agency running our plugins on dozens of client sites had just received an ADA demand letter for one of them, a small dental practice. Their quick fix was a well-known overlay widget: a third-party script, a monthly fee for every site, and a Lighthouse performance score that fell from 98 to 71 the day it went live. Their question to us was simple: "You build half our stack. Why don't you build this?" We had been making WordPress tools since 2012, with more than 300,000 websites running Element Pack, Prime Slider, and ZoloBlocks, and we knew how to ship lightweight code that behaves with every theme and page builder.
