My account is labeled as "Free Account", no mention of my bought AppSumo Tier, also no response from the inline support chatbox. Email to "support@oneclip.ai" bounces back ("The email account that you tried to reach does not exist"). Seems like Abandonware to me, like so many others here on AppSumo.
Dan seemed like a nice guy, what happened? I spent time, money, and energy on this. And this is NOT the first app that pulls the rug under me. Is this the new norm? I feel like I got scammed.
