Hello everyone, I’m Joseph, and I’ve been a OneStream Live customer since 2020. I purchased two lifetime-deal codes through AppSumo for $59 each.

I accessed my account through Facebook Login, but OneStream Live removed that option in December 2025. Since then, I’ve been locked out of the lifetime account I paid for. I even provided customer support with proof of both AppSumo purchases, but they told me there was nothing they could do.

After supporting the company from the beginning and paying for lifetime access, I find this extremely unfair and disappointing. How would you feel—and how would you react—if this happened to you?
