Once the customer is in the portal and sees the project, can they create tasks? In our business model, the client can see what tasks we are working on for them. If they want to have new tasks, they can also create the tasks in the client portal. We can then follow up and inform the customer on the updates of these tasks created by them.
That's how we designed it. It has two options in a particular project settings. 1. You can allow clients to create task 2. You can set view only permission for the client
Q: Upgrade to Tier 3, and White Label
Hi, I just purchased a Tier 1 LTD license yesterday, and today I went back to upgrade it to a Tier 3. Is it still possible for me to do that?
Also, how will white label work for an LTD customer?

Can I invoice my customers in currencies of my choice (USD, NZD, AUD, etc.) or is the account fixed to one currency?
