I have the following questions about GDPR and data storage, which are important for us as a company within the EU. Could you please provide further details about:
# About how the data/information is kept safe and will it be encrypted to keep it secured?
# Where is the data stored? Is your data storage in the european union or in the U.S.?
# Is One Suite EU GDPR compliant?
# Is there an available DPA?
# Does/Will one Suite offer 2FA (didn´t find it on your Roadmap)
# How long is the data available in onesuite? For example, we have a legal requirement that invoices must be available for a longer period of time. When the memory limit is reached, are invoices still saved or how does this work?

2. We have REST API and soon we will work on the Webhooks. We just finished the Pabbly integration. Make and Zapier are on our roadmap.
Q: Can we add custom fields inside the document like text field for firstname, lastname, etc
Hi Reza, can we add custom fields inside the document, like text fields for first name, last name, etc.? Also, can we personalize the message sent with the documents? What do you mean by revamping the document module? Can we create forms? If so, can we use the information sent from the user forms to fill up the documents? Thank you!
A: Hi, Thanks for asking those questions. We are going to improve and may be update the whole document module to increase the usability and comply with the legal bindings of e-signature.

5GB is AWFULLY tiny for data limits. A single client product mock-up images would take this up. So what happens once we reach the limit? Can we buy more? If so, at what price?

And when you reach the limit, you can get more at affordable prices. The price has not been decided yet, yet you will have the option to get more storage for your business.
