I purchased Tier 1 yesterday and plan to upgrade, but I have issues. I yesterday made a 2 recordings in Swedish language inside OneTake, but the analyze freeze at 96%. Today I uploaded an old Swedish spoken video, but when analyzed, it only contains the last seconds of the video!? Im a bit confused, since ratings are great, what could be the issue, since I really would like to use OneTake?
