We're currently revamping how we handle scenarios where you might need more resources than your plan provides. Our aim is to simplify this process and make sure you always have enough to cover your needs without worrying too much about counting minutes . 🚀
Initially, the cost for additional resources would not necessarily depend on whether you're on Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3. We aim for transparency and fairness, so everyone has access to what they need, regardless of the base tier.
Remember, we've got a "be cool" policy! If you're running short and it's a one-off situation, reach out to our support. We understand sometimes there's just that one project where you need a bit more help, and we're willing to work with you to make sure you're successful.
