Q: Hi there, 3 vital questions I have...
1. I will have multiple companies sending their staff to do my courses, this could be lets say 15 companies at any 1 time. All of these company's may send across anywhere up to 100 staff to join the course, as you can imagine manually giving access to the course to every 100 staff per company is not practical. Is there a way to automatically add members to courses via lets say a csv file? This way all I have to do is get the csv from each company and upload it to the course and therefore have the system give them access to the course seen as their company would have paid for the course on their behalf rather than each staff member.
2. Can I create multiple forums and automate the adding of members via csv file or any other automation tool you have? As you can imagine with each company having hundreds of staff on my course I will not be manually adding members to join a forum, I want to create a forum for a company and automate the adding of members to each spcific company related forum, can this be done?
3. Analytical data - this data is for me, not anyone else, so no member should have access to it... I want to see all data in a segmented way for each set of staff from a specific company. For example, company's A,B and C have 300 staff taking my course all together, I want to see analytical data from only one company so I may analyze and track how each company fair and thus use the data for other business purposes. Can I do this?

May 15, 2024A: Thank you for reaching out, right now out student import features are only for the initial import, but I see what you mean thank you for the feedback, we now understand the type of features that would make the platform more appealing for corporate training.
Right now, we don't have community or forum features, but I get that is popular feature, so we will consider adding it to the platform.
I woud still be interested in your product should you be able to get these features because the big boys are not doing this... #AnotherSellingPoint
