AI messes things up big time for me
I loved using onlinecourse, up until AI started to mess things up for me. I use the site for hosting my "access to zoom recordings" course home (I do my courses live and put the recordings here for client access). I put vimeo link and my cloud download link in the descriptions. Now a few months ago, AI started to convert published courses to drafts all of a sudden. The reason: the outside links. I have to delete the links, republish and then put the links back into description. Several months later same things happen in another course. The helpdesk is not a help at all on this matter. They cannot resolve this, and everytime it happens I get really angry as I already asked helpdesk to change things so that this does not happen again. If you will share outside links heavily in your course, you will face this mess. Just a warning. Other than that I had no problem with them but this just drives me nuts.

QuizĆ” no le doy las 5 reseƱas porque en la pagina de compras en la linea de tres cĆ³digos (que fue los que comprĆ©) aparece la propuesta de ALMACENAMIENTO ILIMITADO y cuando configuro mi servicio dentro de la web de ustedes, aparece 15 GB de almacenamiento (algo totalmente diferente a lo que se expone en la web de appsumo de compra). Y me responden que son 5 GB por cĆ³digo. Puede ser un malentendido pasajero, porque considero que ustedes se toman muy en serio el servicio. Espero solucionen este problema de informaciĆ³n para vender. Por lo pronto me resta decirles que tienen un gran producto, y espero que lo cuiden mucho para bien de nosotros los usuarios y por supuesto de ustedes los creadores.

Program challenges
Our non-profit purchased this program via AppSumo in 2023. We signed into the program, reviewed it and began a plan for its full implementation in the future. We planned, according to our website, to have this up and running for 2026. The login for this product does not work. We cannot sign in and it shows as if there is no account.
