Steep learning curve, slow in its actions and unreliable email sending (with no alternative link sending method). Couldn't get anything out of the support other than FAQ-links.

Maybe in a couple of years it'll be a usable product.

I was looking for a tool to engage my community during live events and hesitated between several tools before going to Onlive. Let me share my reasons if it can help :)

+ end to end management : having a tool which covers everything from the registration to the streaming and the animation is quite unique
+ studio is really impressive : the capability to change in a single click the screen organisation is a game changer (OBS is not necessary after all...) and the way to add a guest on scene is really good ! Other goodpoint, th epossiblity to stream directly in the flow a recorded video (for example pause video or intro video) makes the result quite professional
+ all external pages are really well done (like the registration page with countdown for example) are clean an professionals

my only cons for now : "One moment, please...Thank you for being such a patient human." phrase which is not really fun in term of user experience to *prepare* the event. The backend interface is dawn slow... Don't prepare an event in a hurry. I hope they will improve on this point :)

one point of attention : the subdomain approach for the events. Unmanageable at short term if we want to avoit url like lkdjfkdsjkfldsqjkgfjdsqkljglkj.onlive.io . I hope a CNAME on tiers 1 at least (and several on other tiers...) or at least the possibility to reserve some (not only one) xxxxx.onlive.io and use folder like xxxxx.onlive.io/aaaa xxxxx.onlive.io/bbbb etc.

Bought the Mutiple Codes and did 2 Tests

1st test - had some problem streaming because the RTMP Key and Addresses changes and was unaware and then checked with help desk, within 15 mins, they replied. Solved

2nd test - despite checking RTMP address again, we totally cannot stream using RTMP or Native Studio. Created another new session, still same problem. Help desk not responsive and couldn't solve. Too risky and too shaky the streaming studio... decided not to risk it and use another platform instead.

I purchased three codes and I must say it is a great platform. It is pretty easy to create events and measure statistics. A user can access complete platform after buying this deal. All the modules like event registration and ticketing, virtual event platform, streaming studio, event email marketing and communications tools and Guest check in work in tandem with each other. You can immediately start using it after purchase so it won't be another shelf ware in your tool kit.

They also offer multiple integrations with solutions like Xero. I wish they can add integration with Kconnectzit as well, since many sumolings have purchased the deal.

I will say our community should support this platform by purchasing this deal.

Onlive is a true gift. I can't believe the value being offered for a complete solution like this one.

The onboarding is easy. And I think people should take a look at it. Grab one code and try it. It is simple to use but still gives you full functionality for everything, including contacting attendees, full studio, streaming and even in-person events.
