I have purchased a few 5,000+ "prompt" books just to see what they are like. There were all terrible, one to two sentence prompts. I didn't even get what I paid for. The authors are out to cash in on the newness and mystery of AI and AI prompting.

When I came across the AppSumo deal for OnlyPrompts I was not sold, having seen what hucksters can do with 5,000+ prompts, what can they do with 150,000+ prompts?

After reading some of the other reviews, I was intrigued. Since AppSumo has a 60 day money back guarantee, I figure it was worth a go.

I quickly became enamored with OnlyPrompts.

1. The prompts are well written for the subject of the prompt. Some have multiple 'configurations' for the same prompt idea.
2. Using highlighted text for you to click and input data pertinent to your prompt needs is great. While the 'fill in the blank' areas are great to use and there are some examples, I would like to see more helpful examples to properly complete the prompt.
3. Your are not limited to the highlighted areas to change. If you feel so inclined, you can also rewrite the entire prompt if you like.
4. The output of prompts is amazing even for the shorter prompts. Most of the prompts are from 4-6 sentences long, plus as mentioned, alternative spins on the same main prompt idea.
5. The interface is OK, but the design is not what brings you to use OnlyPrompts.
6. You have the ability to search and filter by tags on prompts that are relevant to your needs.
7. If you find a favorite prompt, you can mark it as a favorite. I have not seen if this is a case, but it would be nice to have a way to categorize your favorites.
8. The Prompt Optimizer does an amazing job helping you rewrite your basic prompts. I used some of those aforementioned 5,000+ two sentence prompts to get some fantastic and well written prompts. Easily making this feature an opportunity to make 150,000+ more prompts.

I do not think I will be requesting a refund for this purchase. I am truly thankful I saw this offer. I have already began using this to create content for my business.

I have bought many deals in the past few years. OnlyPrompts caught my eye the moment I spotted it. What I like about OnlyPrompts is that it is also an idea generator. Scanning through the prompts, I will always see something I like or want to do something with.

I can imagine that writing prompts or optimizing them will become a daily activity for many people in the future. With Only Prompts, it's like getting a headstart in creating prompts and using all of its possibilities.

I haven't used many of the premade prompts, but I love the prompt optimizer and the availability of multiple LLMs in chat (OpenAI models, Anthropic Claud models, Google Gemini models, and even image generation such as DALL-E 3). Not many products on AppSumo can provide unlimited use of these advanced models so hopefully they can survive. The unlimited use of these advanced models make this offering worthwhile.

I would like to see these improvements:
- the ability to have the chat window resizeable.
- make it easier to find premade prompts. Perhaps instead of a simple search for prompts, make the query use natural language query.

I'm not 100% sold on the interface or the ultimate benefit(s) for my needs/niche, but the sheer volume of prompts and options is exciting. Assuming I can find what I need (search could use some improvement), OnlyPrompts has crazy good potential. I feel like the re has been a lot of effort and attention to this tool to this point and I imagine the development will continue based on the interactions I am seeing by the team.

I was able to run several successful tests, but I have not yet found anything that directly matched my current needs. I have dozens of AI tools and some are pretty incredible. I put OnlyPrompts about middle of the pack, but I am happy with the purchase/value for what it provides and I am glad to have it in my toolkit.

Hopefully, they will continue to evolve the product. I'd like better search, easy creation of custom prompts, crowdsourced prompt library, better organization options, realtime web connection so that data can be pulled from URLs.

I played around in the app for a while trying to see if I could find use of it for my business. Unfortunately, my industry is not included in any of the prompts and it's a bit time consuming finding prompts that apply to me. My biggest question is that it claims to automate thousands of tasks but I don't understand what is meant by this. How and what? Examples? I tried using the help section and it wasn't very helpful.

I'm going to play around with it a little more over the weekend so I can see what use I can make of it. I got the 3 tier plan and I do enjoy not having to worry about credits, but I'm still not sure how this will help me. Very cool and intuitive app though.
