So, I give OnWhatsapp a deserved 5 tacos..but I might return it. The "Order on WhatsApp" button in Safari on iPhone is 100% unclickable. It needs way more padding at the bottom. Even in Chrome, more padding would be better. and the "+" over the product image to add to the cart is very hard to click. Make it bigger or something. I sometimes open the image 6 times before it is added to the cart. Clients will only give this one chance and then they are lost forever. It took me 20 minutes to set up my wife's store. So it could be the template I used. You have a brilliant thing going on here, keep at it and fix the little things first.

Приложение работает без сбоев, что позволяет мне эффективно принимать заказы через WhatsApp. Предложение, предлагаемое Appsumo, ограничено, что является небольшим недостатком, но, учитывая производительность продукта, оно того определенно стоит. План будущих обновлений кажется многообещающим, но важно отметить, что нет никакой гарантии, что все функции будут охвачены текущим планом. В целом я доволен своей покупкой и рекомендую OnWhatsApp всем, кто ищет надежное решение для управления заказами через WhatsApp.

It was the easiest e-shop set up I ever had. e-shop works fat on mobile.

- Easy to use (manage, onboarding, create products)
- Clean interface
- The cost is really good :)
- The support is goog, the answer the question!.. thank you for that
- Easy to use by final users (normal persona)

- work in the translations, please (theme orders, for example)
- Implement something round-robin functionality, sometimes the store works with one, two or more numbers to receive orders
in some cases, more than one user receive the orders
- Improve the import bulk function
The customers don't want to share the information in other site, in this case share google sheets
- Send the order in a WhatsApp group, in other case more than one user receive and prepare the orders, products etc, in different times or days!
- Is necessary some kind of manage inventory, because is necessary the tracking
- Implement the function to add more users, to add products, tracking, configuration... the best way is to use user roles
- The documentation is good but inexistent in some cases, example:

- The orders section is very sometimes confuse, if I delete orders... the total orders count all of them is not make sense
- The name store "<Title>", has "onWhatsapp" all the time, allow remove it, please
- Implement some kind of remember recurrent user o frequently customer and not user always the number in the orders
- Allow telephone number in the user case, sometime they don't want to add again their number if they buy frequently
- Send alerts about products inventory (this is a good idea )

Definitely I will use this app and hold more store :).

I would like to know what is the next step of you onWhatsapp team?, how is going your roadmap?

This is definitely a great buy, no doubt however Appsumo deal has got limited features. They have a decent roadmap but there is no guarantee that it will be covered with this plan. For now, the app works smooth and I was able to take orders.
