Q: i think oode is dead

another LTD shuts down with out any notice or intimation, they are not responding and sites are not working since days.

I've been trying to contact customer service with no response, in fact their customer support pages is 404

Q: A customer paid an invoice for $160.

I was not aware that there would be a Oode application fee on payments. Was this always the case? It's almost as much as the Stripe fee!

Payment amount: $160
Stripe processing fees:$4.94
Oode Limited application fee:$4.80
Net: $150.26

Q: Amanda, much to my dismay, abruptly fell silent, seemingly disappearing without a trace.

She not only took down her booking calendar but also blatantly ignored any inquiries thrown her way. How disheartening it is to witness such behavior! It appears that she has had her fill of customers and no longer deems it necessary to provide any form of assistance. Well, in light of this disappointing turn of events, I suppose I shall have no choice but to express my dissatisfaction through a scathing review.
