Q: Is there a way to set the number of slides that need to be viewed before a course is marked complete?

For example, what if I only want the first few slides to be viewed, and the rest are optional?

A: You can set the quiz anywhere in the course and then set it to be completed once the quiz is passed. This will in effect do what you want if you want to have a quiz in the course.
