richard-workQ: Powerpoints
When I created the learning, I selected a PowerPoint from my available options, which correctly reduced my count from 15 to 14. However, last month I didn't download it, but when I downloaded it this month, it deducted from this month's allowance. This doesn't seem right or fair given it took it out of lasts months number? also now makes them all uneven as i want a powerpoint for all

Thanks for bringing this up. The generation of content takes credits and downloading the generated content should not take up any credits, rest assured that this has been fixed - likely a result of maintenance carried out very recently. We have reset the used powerpoint credits for this error. Please contact [email protected] should any other issues occur.
