May 15, 2024A: I don't know if I understand correctly, you can upload jpg files directly into a block in the bio pages, as well as png files. It's correct, you can't upload gif files. We have too few requests for this file type. It's too heavy and low quality, it only slows down bio page loading times.
Please use the alternative method of embedding using an iframe.

You can add GIF animations from giphy.com and use the embed code. You can add the code inside an HTML block of your bio page.
You can also add Lottie files in the same way.
