I have been trying for WEEKS now to get a reply from support with no luck. I tried emailing and your message box on the website. What gives?

I recognize the commenter... Dear Mr Shaun, as mentioned previously we have replied your emails time and time again and apparently you're not getting our emails. However, you contacted me directly via Linkedin and after another try to our platform you confirmed that the issue was no longer present in your account.
