I'm guessing you have found this answer by now, but I'm posting for anyone who may come across your question.
You can set up an email notification for each form by selecting the form, then going to the "Integrations" tab under the form name. There you will find the "email notification" option. It looks like you can set up a different/multiple email notifications (even to different people/emails) for each form, and can add some basic logic. This could potentially be handy to notify different people based on input from other blocks. Haven't tried this yet, but looks like it's possible and looks interesting.
