Very Easy to Use and Love The Pro Features
I like this service a lot. It's really simple to create forms and customize them. Drop and drag. Edit the properties/attributes and you have yourself a form!
Things that I would fix:
Being able to alter the view of the table of the data collected and sorting the data. I know I can export to a CSV but that seems like I should be able to do that on the site itself without exporting.
The email notification that comes through is good but if someone on the form attaches a file if you try to click on the link provided in the email you get "INVALID SIGNATURE" I have to go to the table view and download it there.
The embed code it provides you doesn't give you enough height to fully get the form I have to keep altering the numbers manually for the embed code.
Customer support response. I wish was quicker. I mean I see Julien on here posting very actively I wish that the chat widget was as fast.
