You can actually install the Opticks script exactly where you prefer. If you only want to visualize and analyze paid traffic, you can simply create and fire the Opticks tag through your Google Tag Manager based on paid traffic conditions.

This way, the script will only load for ad clicks, and organic or direct traffic won’t be tracked.

So you have full flexibility to control whether you track all traffic or just paid campaigns.
