I use Opticks to monitor ad fraud on my Meta campaigns, and it delivers on what it promises: clear insight into click fraud and invalid traffic that would otherwise just eat up budget without you noticing. The dashboards are clean and the automatic blocking saves me a lot of manual work.
One litte downside: at one point I needed support, but ended up waiting almost two weeks for a response. I didn't hear back through any channel. The response did eventually come, and they more than made up for it. Hopefully they keep moving in that positive direction when it comes to support speed, because the tool itself deserves it.

Regarding the support delay, as we mentioned at the time, we had an issue with our messaging system that unfortunately caused some messages not to reach us properly. This is not something that usually happens, but we completely understand how frustrating the delay must have been, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
