Therefore only 2 USERS will not help me (i.e. me and one other person) with the projects going forward, but if others can make suggestions and contribute without being an Admin, that would work. A: The users and admin are regular members. The difference between them is that the admins can change some of the settings of the organizations and projects.
You can use obserers if you want someone to track the progress with the project
