I was in doubt about trying a new app for productivity. I knew Ora was much more then a task manager but I had a daily task manager that worked great already for me.
I tried other task managers and productivity managers and didn’t connect with them.
But once I installed Ora was an instant connection. The way the tasks flow works, the design, the many tools included yet simple to find and use.
Just in love with it. All is intuitive and yet powerful. Like time tracking. At Ora the time tracking is in the tasks and really easy to use. I had tried time tracking tools before and I always had the impression I lost a lot of time using it in the first place. This way it is just integrated, you see the task and with one click can start it inside the task.
And on top of that they have video chat integration. Really impressed and will be my number 1 productivity tool from now on.
I am a visual person and this app helps me visually see what I need to do and what stage it is in. I love that I can customize each project for my needs and not be locked into one standard of pipeline or task process. It is great to add people to the projects. It is also helpful to have personal and organization separately. We have so many projects going on even in our small business and this is the perfect solution to see them all at once and track them accordingly. This has so far been my favorite task/project management system. I look forward to exploring more and really using it to its full potential!
What a great tool!! Bought the codes just before closing and no regrets at all. Did use pretty much tools, Asana, trello, Bloo, Monday, Meistertask, but this is the first tool for me which has the right balance between easy to use, customizablity, clean views and richness to keep track. Just used it for two days, but really did found my way already. Introduced it to my team today and happy faces. This one is a keeper, glad that a stacked some codes.
One thing that would be helpfull is to also be able to view the tags direct in the kaban view. Althought the way the card stay clean.
You can turn off features you don't need and you can turn on the features that you want. You can customize as per your needs. That's my favorite part.

This is my first review in AppSumo because is my favorite LTD and Ora really deserves it.
I purchased only 1 code when they first came to Appsumo and I was using it only for me to keep myself on track of things. By the end of the year '19 I was using it with 1 team member on some projects that we were developing. It was so easy,, and he liked the GitHub integration (which I don't use but he does).
By summer of last year (with all the pandemia circumstances) I got a lot of projects and I needed another team member to be added, so I started to pay the fee for the extra member. I asked him what he thought about Ora, and he said that it was better than many others of that kind in the market that he has used.
Then on the 3rd quarter I got another person to help with data entry and assistance on some projects. I added that person as an observer just because I just needed for her to see the tasks that she needed to complete, nothing else.
This APP has kept me and my team very organized and on track. Everyone assigned to a project, knows what each other is doing or needs to do, and those tasks that need to be time tracked are being recorded. Even though there's no billing (and I bought the code thinking that there was going to be billing), I've managed to just create a list with those timed tasks and then I download the csv to do my billing (which is better for me). I don't even care anymore about having invoicing in Ora. Hey! but if it comes, it's welcomed.
By the end of the year 2020 I was thinking... "Oh geez, I hope that Ora come back to AppSumo to get 1 or 2 more codes" :). AND EUREKA! they did. I got 3 more codes just because I believe that being organized with their app has helped me and my team grow and manage our projects in an organized way.
Don't let this deal pass you by, you will regret it!
