A: There's no code - you simply activate the product via AppSumo and sign in to Orai using the same email that you registered with on App Sumo.
And to answer the other comments below, I have an OLD iPhone 7 Plus, and it still works great on the regular subscription means via the AppStore. Just these codes dont have anywhere to impute them and I used the exact same email (username) and password as registered with my AppSumo account but still my registered LTD Orai Code does not work even tho the username and pass are the same. So sad,...

swapped unless there is a RESET button or reset feature. Is there a way to reset this so that I can (like a team leader or agent access) remove one user, thus resetting the SEAT, and reissue it in a different month to a different user under a different email address? This would definately reset the SEAT's internal memory or Ai memory, right? Let me know which of these options are possible. Thanks.

A: We don't offer the option to swap the seats. Once a seat license is redeemed, it's used.

try for a week or two and then pass it onto someone else? How about if I get 10 of the same emails like [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected] and pass them out that way because I can trust my offline students. Is that OK with your TOA or is there an easier way to accomplish this internally inside your software platform with some kind of Team assignment access?

A: I understand your use case. That's why we have Orai Enterprise tier for $20/user/mo. This comes with a dashboard to assign licenses and track progress and analytics of your students.
The license cannot be revoked and reassigned. It is for one person only. Adding multiple emails would break the TOA.
