I mean, I did but they ended up paying for it on a subscription level already because the CODE SYSTEM here is not obvious. Is that your entire marketing plan to get us gettin you all more subscriptions? LoL Anyway, please teach us the means of getting all these extra codes we have to work with the Apple iPhone app on the AppStore. Is it even possible because "no one" is going to use a desktop when the iPhone app is so much fun, eh. Please explain what, where, and how to redeem these codes via the AppStore. TKY

Is there a way to reset this so that I can (like a team leader or agent access) remove one user, thus resetting the SEAT, and reissue it in a different month to a different user under a different email address? Is that OK with your TOA or is there an easier way to accomplish this internally inside your software platform with some kind of Team assignment access?

The license cannot be revoked and reassigned. It is for one person only. Adding multiple emails would break the TOA.
