I am having the same problem. I have an account on the Web version and it recognizes my Appsumo purchase and works. However, when I downloaded the app and logged in with the same username/password as the Web version it didn't recognize me. So in short:
1) Web version accepted Appsumo licenses and works great. No issues.
2) Mobile version doesn't recognize Orai Web login info.
I came back to Appsumo to see if others were having the same issue and I see they are.
