Oh, I see, so each of the 10 users are being measured by the Ai and each user is a SEAT that cannot be swapped unless there is a RESET button or reset feature. Is there a way to reset this so that I can (like a team leader or agent access) remove one user, thus resetting the SEAT, and reissue it in a different month to a different user under a different email address? This would definately reset the SEAT\u0027s internal memory or Ai memory, right? Let me know which of these options are possible. Thanks.

We don\u0027t offer the option to swap the seats. Once a seat license is redeemed, it\u0027s used.
