Q: Embeds, chat/messages

I saw you write a couple of weeks ago about having embeds and links in the next week, but I just looked and cannot see any option to add embeds? I have certain google sheets and shareable URLs I would want in each clients portal. Do you plan to add embeds?

Also, as in basecamp, kitchen, userqueue etc, you have a chat module, or discussion module for each client. Do you have plans to have this?

Also, userqueue has a great feature, that means a client can only add a task to the 'not started' column, and cannot move the task: this is extremely useful./ Do you have this?

Q: Can this be used as a CRM too?

I’m thinking of replacing my existing platform, I like the look of this, I’m just wondering if it can be used as a pipeline CRM too?

A: Hey there 👋

You can use Orchestra as a basic CRM (you can add customers and manage their status and portal access)

It's quite basic on the data-side for now, I'll be adding at some point a way for you to add custom metadata to customers and making it way more powerful as a CRM :)

The focus for now is enabling the perfect "working" workflow between your agency and your customers.

Hope this helps, I'm happy to do a demo of the product if needed ;)

Q: vs AgencyHandy

Hello! I love the black UI and your free curse!

Question though as we already own Agency handy... and without me calling out the differences... have you seen what they do and how do you and Orchestra compare?

Comparisons are never fair... but they do happen for every product or business... so, sorry!

A: Hey, happy you’re loving the black UI and free course!

AgencyHandy packs in tons of features, which can feel overwhelming and slow you down. Orchestra sticks to what agencies actually need: polished client portals, simple task tracking, flexible billing and good performance.

One of our AppSumo users from the Netherlands told me (word-to-word) “Quick update, ‘this works so smooth’ client response, I’m migrating fully :)”

Ultimately it’s about what you value the most: having all the features or a lean, lightning-fast tool, simple to use by you and your customers.

Let me know if you’ve got more questions.

Q: Coaching fitness clients on this software?

Hi, I'm not understanding the word being used "agency". after watching the video and hearing the features, would this software be suitable for coaching fitness clients?

Giving them workouts, post YouTube links to exercises, accountability, etc?

Can newsletters be sent via the email option?

Can clients subscribe to 3+ different subscription levels?

Can multiple businesses be set up under the tier 3?

Thank you.

A: Hey! While Orchestra is mainly built for service-based businesses like agencies, you could get creative and use it for coaching fitness clients. However, it’s not specifically designed for that type of use, so it might be a bit more complicated than what you’d need for workouts, YouTube links, and accountability.

As for your other questions, yeah, you can set up multiple subscription levels for your clients. And with Tier 3, it’s designed to manage one agency or brand, so if you have multiple businesses, you’d need separate accounts for each.

Hope that clears things up! Let me know if you have more questions.

Q: Solopreneur

Hey
It looks great!
Im business development consultant and I already have a CRM I like.
What kind of "agency" fits Orchestra? As I am not an advertising or design agency, can I also have any benefit from the platform?

A: Hey! You don’t need to be an ad or design agency. Orchestra works for any service-based business.

As a business development consultant you get:
- A branded client portal to share proposals, deliverables and gather feedback
- Reusable templates for onboarding, reporting and follow-ups
- Easy access for your team (if you get to grow) or freelancers so everyone stays on the same page
- Webhook connections to your CRM today (full API coming soon)

Your CRM stays your contact hub, while Orchestra handles project workflows, client communication and deliverable tracking—all in one clean interface.

A lot of solopreneurs are using Orchestra at the moment, mostly productized services (Design, copywriting or automation agencies!)

Hope this helps
