At the moment, the reporting feature doesn't work to automate reports. The tutorial videos that they provide doesn't display the same options for us (the user/customer) to use. The whole point of this program is to deliver reports and it's not working but I'm told this will be addressed by Monday to fix hopefully. Bad first impression so far.

This is also not the most user friendly if you aren't tech savvy and you can't find what you're looking for without going into a deep dive of all the manuals. For example, I'd like to design the cover page a bit so it doesn't look so dull with the white background but you can't design the report and the backgrounds images I've seen in tutorial videos aren't easily found. Maybe you guys can make this easier to find and/or give more options to design the cover page.
