Lacking Customer Support | Results column shows blank sometimes.

Good dashboard, but terrible reliability and support.

I purchased the highest-tier plan and unfortunately regret that decision.

The "Submit Application" conversion event in Meta Ads Manager has not been working. I reported the issue to support four days ago, and it still hasn't been resolved.

To make matters worse, the whitelabel custom domain CNAME value was changed without any prior notice. This caused client dashboards to suddenly disappear, leaving both us and our clients confused and frustrated.

My biggest concern is the lack of proactive communication. If critical infrastructure changes such as CNAME records are required, customers should be informed in advance to allow for a smooth transition.

There also needs to be a proper ticketing system instead of relying solely on chat support. With a support ticket system, issues can be tracked, assigned, and updated transparently. Right now, I have no visibility into who is handling my issue, no estimated resolution time, and no clear path for escalation.

The platform itself has potential, but the support experience has been extremely disappointing. Had I known the level of support I would receive, I would have invested in a different solution.
