Looks good, support not there
We had what i consider a pretty big issue with false alerts on page captures. The capture was overly pixelated and or had a blue overlay. We monitor the same sites in two other programs and its fine. I sent a chat message and it took over a day for a reply which was not correct, I replied with more information and its been a week now with zero reply....
This is not reliable enough for us to use.

May 9, 2024Hi,
I am very sorry you had a bad experience with our services.
Your case has specifics I would have liked to dig further, to go through the different issues as I feel all the context was not totally within our understanding.
You're mentioning pixelated images and a blue overlay.
All the captures are in high definition and there's really no possibility of having pixelated images there. Since you're mentioning a blue overlay, I can only guess the question is more about the "diff" image.
I agree the diff image can be difficult to read when the two captures are highly different, and that was the case. A lot of content change will not render too well since the images are superposed.
- In such a case, we're providing alternative vizualisation modes that are much more convenient for the analysis (side by side and before/after)
Also, the overlay is by default in pink/purple, not blue as you mention.
- Maybe we're lacking in terms of accessibility on this specific section, making it more difficult with color blindness?
As for the false alert, this can happen. Your case had only one significant alert/change detection in 365 checks, so this was not random or frequent. Everything indicates the change was actually valid.
- is it possible the website is hosted on a slow server or cheap service? I can see that is is down today with a 500 error and the following error message showing: "Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.4.0"."
