Stopped working for me, and could not track prices
I had to ask for a refund. Took 3 days for reply from admin. Emails alert stopped working for me. So I had to log in all the time to check on price change. Otherwise it was working well till my emails stopped and no reply from admin.

I am truly sorry you had a bad experience with us. There was clearly a misunderstanding on how the email alerts work and how they are defined into your account.
Not every change triggers an email notification, and a certain level (you can control) needs to be reached. To receive an email, the change should be greater than:
1. The monitor threshold
2. Your user account global settings
As a side note, your use case implies another limitation to the testing: the price in the pages you were monitoring (AppSumo Product pages) are not subject to a lot of changes, so unfrequent alerts are to be expected.
