Support not responding
I left 2 support tickets, as my account wasn't accessable. I tried to fix this at 2-3 times, and the support didn't even bother to reply for a week. I refunded.
The product itself is good, the demo i could try, but i would recommend that the founder would get back with an answer before anyone will buy it.

You signed-up with AppSumo on the November 8th and requested a refund on the 12th a few days after.
Your account was automatically closed following the refund request and that is the reason you couldn't access it anymore.
Since the "business relation" was terminated by you, customer support request were automatically archived at that time. We've changed this behavior since then and are now following-up with queries.
